This bachelor villa is a small sized home, ideal for singles or couples. It consists of two bedrooms, a large sitting room, a nice veranda, a kitchen and a bathroom. The private compound will feature a secure wall with a gate, a plastered car park and walkway, grass and bushes, water and lighting system.

LUXURY VILLA
Luxury villas are unique in their design, and all details must be carefully planned. It is possible to build them, even in Arusha, but it requires excellent planning, supervision and skills.
It will cost a lot of money, but still it is more affordable than in western countries. Luxury villas start at 200,000 USD.
RENTAL PROPERTY
Rental properties are designed as an investment in the local real estate market. It will typically be a complex of townhouses within a public compound. The houses could be Studios, 1BR or 2BR units, single type or mixed.
Construction is optimised for cost saving, but better and of higher quality than the competitors. The compound will be very attractive and different from competitors too, so there will always be customers. We will tailor the size and amount of units to your preferences.
ROI: 6% yearly rental income (after tax). We can rent it for you.
